Pasta Master Class
Our pasta making classes offer a unique and interactive experience, where participants can knead, roll, and shape their way to mastering the perfect pasta. Led by skilled chefs, these classes provide insights into the secrets of crafting authentic Italian pasta. Choose from making fresh pasta for $40pp or gnocchi for $35pp. Learn to make both for $50pp.
(Minimum group of 8)
Approx 45-60 minutes one class
90 minutes both classes.
Group Master Classes
If you’re looking to get the full experience, our cooking classes are tailored to learn the tips and tricks behind creating mouth-watering Italian dishes that you can replicate in your own kitchen. Classes include making pasta and sauce from scratch, then cooking and enjoying the meal with a vino in amongst the grape vines.
Master Classes currently on offer:
- “When in Rome” – Fresh Pasta and Carbonara
- “A Taste of the North” – Fresh Gnocchi and Pesto
- “Holy Ravioli” – Fresh Ravioli and Fillings
- “A Taste of the North” - Gnocchi Three Ways
- "A Taste of Bologna" - A Venus and Zeus Tortellini Affair
Minimum of 8. Masterclass experience runs for approx 90-120 minutes.
$95 per person and includes recipe booklet and apron to take home.

Friday 14th February from 6pm
You'll then have the opportunity to make your own sauce to complete the perfect meal. Choose from Chilli / Garlic Prawns, Alla Norma (eggplant) or Creamy Chicken.
Enjoy your finished creation among the grape vines with a glass of vino! All this for just $95 per person.
Fresh Gnocchi Classes - 16th Feb
Get a taste of Italy right here at Pasta in the Valley, with our talented Head Chef, James, as he guides you through the process of making gnocchi from scratch.
Sunday 16th Feb - choice of 9am or 10am class.
$30 per person
Fresh Gnocchi & Pesto Sauce - 16th Feb
Join our Head Chef, James, for a hands-on experience where you’ll learn the art of making and cooking fresh gnocchi and pesto sauce from scratch.
- Sunday 16th Feb from 11.30am
Using local produce from around the valley, you’ll master a delicious recipe that you can recreate at home, bringing a touch of Italy to your dining table. Afterwards, enjoy your completed meal among the grapevines with a glass of wine or your choice of beverage in hand. $95 per person.
Mini Chef
Mini Chef experience is available Monday to Sunday from 9am – 11am and 2pm – 4pm.
Bookings are not required and takes approximately 10-15 minutes.
Every child receives 300gms of fresh pasta to create their own fettuccini or spaghetti – just $8 per child.
