Pasta Classes
Our pasta making classes offer a unique and interactive experience, where participants can knead, roll, and shape their way to mastering the perfect pasta. Led by skilled chefs, these classes provide insights into the secrets of crafting authentic Italian pasta. Choose from making fresh pasta for $40pp or fresh gnocchi for $35pp. Can't choose? Learn to make both for $50pp.

Pasta Masterclasses
If you’re looking to get the full experience, our cooking classes are tailored to learn the tips and tricks behind creating mouth-watering Italian dishes that you can replicate in your own kitchen. Classes include making pasta and sauce from scratch, then cooking and enjoying the meal with a vino in amongst the grape vines.
Masterclasses currently on offer:
- When in Rome – Fresh Pasta and Carbonara
- A Taste of the North – Fresh Gnocchi and Pesto
- A Taste of the North – Gnocchi Three Ways
- A Taste of the North – Gnocchi & Three Sauces
- Holy Ravioli – Fresh Ravioli and Fillings
- A Taste of Bologna – A Venus and Zeus Tortellini Affair
Minimum of 4ppl on weekdays and 6ppl on the weekend. These masterclass experiences run for approx 90-120 minutes for $95 per person, and includes recipe booklet and apron to take home!
Craving something sweet? Book our Sweet Treat Tiramisu class and learn the perfect Italian dessert with our Head Chef, James. Classe includes making tiramisu from scratch, before enjoying the treat with a beverage amongst the grape vines.
Minimum of 4ppl on weekdays and 6ppl on the weekend. This masterclass experience runs for an hour.
Get a taste of Italy here at Pasta in the Vallet with our Head Chef, James, as he guides you through the techniques of making and cooking gnocchi from scratch! You’ll then make your own sauce to complete the perfect meal. Choose between three different sauces such as Chilli/Garlic Prawns, Alla Norma (Eggplant), or a Creamy Chicken sauce.
Enjoy your finished creation among the grape vines with a class of vino, or beverage of your choosing for $95pp, aprons included.

Looking for the perfect Christmas gift that just keeps on giving? Get a taste of Italy here at Pasta in the Valley with our Head Chef, James, as he guides you through the techniques of making and cooking gnocchi from scratch!

Mini Chef
Our Mini Chef experience is available Monday to Sunday from 9am – 11am and again from 2pm – 4pm. Bookings are not required and takes approximately 10-15 minutes per child.
For just $10 per child, they will recieve 250gms of fresh pasta to create their own fettuccini or spaghetti and get to take it home to cook and eat.
Be sure to stop by our cafe on the way out to grab fresh sauce and let the kids take care of dinner!
